Salary:
up to: £26,000 per annum (pro rata)
Location:
Eyre Court Office, Lincoln (hybrid 2-3 days per week in the office)
Hours of work: 37.5 per week
About the role:
To support the Maintenance team in the delivery of Compliance, Servicing, Reactive, Responsive, Planned and Planned Preventative Maintenance to the care homes, other premises including day centres, and offices where applicable.
This role will support the Maintenance team with administration tasks in relation to statutory servicing, inspections, general maintenance, and contract management and in addition support the Trust Facilities & Compliance Manager to ensure the Property department, and homes always remain compliant.
About you:
- Certificate in Facilities Management or similar related qualification in Property Management.
- Full UK driving licence.
- At least 2 years' practical experience of working in a similar role.
- At least 2 years' experience supporting responsive maintenance function, including contract management.
- Experience of working within a property management team.
- Knowledge of building maintenance and associated risks and compliance issues.
- Experience of facilities management systems (CAFM).
- A good understanding of MS Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Advanced skills in Excel is advantageous.
