Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities.

Project Management, including;

Weekly reports of progress on projects to develop team reporting dashboards

Risk and Issue tracking and reporting and management

Plan management, tracking and development

Escalation of issues and risks

Cost tracking and forecasting
Developing Business Cases for projects
Development and Storage or project documentation, e.g. PIDs and Communication Plans
Delivery of Technical Projects
Support for procurement events
Facilitation of technical design and technical decision making
Managing risk reduction through project delivery

Knowledge and Experience.

At least two years' experience of technical IT project management
Knowledge and interest in computer systems and the latest technologies
Agile and Waterfall Project Management Techniques
Project Risk and Issue Management
Project Planning (ideally MS Project)
The ability to learn new technologies quickly
The ability to communicate complex procedures to other colleagues

Further experience in the following areas would be advantageous.

PRINCE 2 Foundation (desirable)
ITIL Foundation (desirable)
