The Opportunity
As a Training and Competence Coordinator, the main purpose of the role is to ensure all functions associated with KAEFER Training and Competence are carried out timeously and to a high standard for our Energy division.
Sitting within the HR function, the Training and Competence Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Training and Competence Manager with all training and competence duties as required.
- Ensure training matrices are accurately maintained
- Verification of skills cards during onboarding process
- Flag expiring training to operations at relevant intervals
- Process training requests as and when required including course bookings/ joining instructions
- Ensure training records are accurately maintained and available to operations
- Generate certificates
- Assign elearning courses via Ihasco
- Assign and manage completion of site inductions via Intasite
The Person
Essential:
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight timescales
- Ability to demonstrate effective prioritisation, timemanagement and workload planning skills
- An effective communicator, both in written and spoken communications
- Proactive, selfsufficient and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Database
Desirable:
- Business & Administration NVQ
