Well, what about the team?:


HR Operations is a key function within our business, as they are responsible for the employee life cycle, including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, employee data manager, benefits administration and HR compliance - in addition they are heavily involved in HR upcoming/ongoing HR work streams such as the UKG and ActivPay launch in 2024.

The primary objective of HR Operations is to ensure we remain legally compliant and up to date with all our processes (e.g right to works & GDPR)


So, what will you be doing?:

  • Processing new starter activities including, but not limited to, drafting employment contracts, conducting right to work checks in line with legal requirements, creating employee records on our HRIS and liaising with wider teams such as Facilities and IT for IDs and company equipment.
  • Processing and administering changes of employment (such as salary, working hours, job title and team changes) ensuring these are submitted accurately on our HRIS, approved and paperwork is issued in a timely manner.
  • Processing leaver administration including, but not limited to, processing terminations on our HRIS, termination paperwork, calculating payments such as holiday or deductions, arranging exit interviews, ending employee benefits and coordinating courier for company equipment.
  • Facilitating and running new starter inductions.
  • Administering and managing UK employee benefits and other company perks including processing monthly joiners and leaver, checking and processing invoices, updating trackers, communicating with external benefit providers and assisting the launch of new benefits.
  • Working closely with the HR Business Partners coordinate and process payroll on a monthly basis.
  • Support the HR Operations Manager and HR Business Partners with 1st & 2nd line HR activities such as right to work/visa administration and any other tasks required.
  • Acting as a local data custodian, ensuring all data is accurate and kept up to date within the HR System including but not limited to, personal information, job information changes and leave of absence.
  • Managing all HR files in line with GDPR/legislative standards and undertaking general HR administration including managing the HR inbox, expenses and POs.
  • Keeping uptodate with the latest HR employment law, trends and best practices and provide feedback/recommendations.
  • Running weekly and monthly reports as required and driving continuous improvements within HR systems and processes.
  • Acting as a key contact for employee HR related queries and running weekly and monthly reports as required.

And what are we looking for?:

  • Possess solid administration skills previously gained in an HR environment supporting Estonian or Swedish Employees.
  • Possess excellent IT capabilities spanning MS Office (particularly Outlook, Word and Excel), and capacity to swiftly pick up bespoke IT systems and tools.
  • Have experience using HR management systems (such as UKG, etc).
  • Able to work flexibly to deliver against business deadlines with a proven track record in the delivery of accurate data management to tight timescales.
  • Excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage own workload and prioritise activity to deliver required outcomes within a busy and fastmoving environment.
  • Have a positive and collegiate attitude, with the ability to adapt swiftly and a willingness to undertake challenging tasks to ensure stakeholder satisfaction
  • Possess strong communication skills to support our employees and line managers in a remote way, with an understanding of the importance of keeping a high level of confidentiality.
