Full Job Description:


As a senior sales negotiator, not only will you be valuing a range of different properties coming to the market, you will also be involved in dealing with incoming calls from existing clients and interested parties, as well as keeping vendors and potential buyers informed and up to date by making outbound calls.


Different Tasks and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Visiting and talking to sellers about their property, collecting information for marketing and arranging photos
  • Estimating property values
  • Marketing and promoting properties for sale
  • Representing the sellers in negotiation with prospective buyers
  • Monitoring sales as they proceed and liaising with all interested parties including mortgage brokers, solicitors, surveyors and other estate agents
  • Advising clients and helping buyers decide what they want to buy
  • Making sure that the price agreed is acceptable to both buyer and seller
  • Keeping up to date with the latest trends and patterns in the property market
  • Registering and qualifying applicants
  • Booking in and carrying out viewings and other appointments
  • Managing a database of customers
  • Aiding the team with adhoc tasks

Working Week (hours and days):


Your working hours will be approximately 45 hours per week, typically between the hours of 9.00am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday and 9.00 am to 4.00 pm on Saturdays.


Salary:

Depending on experience. Basic plus commission related pay. The above salary is a range that is inclusive of commission.

  • Ability to work as a team but also know how to use own initiative
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Local knowledge of the area, helpful
  • A UK driving license

Personal Qualities:

Honest, reliable, polite, happy, fun, positive, enthusiastic, helpful and caring.


Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (required)

Job Types:

Pay:
£18,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
