What is the role of Support Worker?


The Support Worker is a very exciting role supporting people with 1-1 time with clients offering emotional support and an opportunity including support with tenancy management, budgeting, shopping, cooking, mental health, medication, attending appointments, cleaning and personal hygiene.

Clients are offered a dedicated key worker to develop independent living skills, manage their symptoms & medication and attend appointments, and assistance is given to maintain tenancies, manage finances and attend to domestic duties.


Rate of Pay:


Hours:
Full time / Part Time / Sleep Inn.


Rate:
£11 per hour - Plus

Service:


The Service is based in Chester which is made up of 11 self contained flats with cooking facilities and bathrooms.

There are two communal kitchens and a communal living area with smart TV and gaming consoles. A newly refurbished garden in which the people we support enjoy their time in. Excellent travel links into the city centre or approx. 10 minute walk.


Who are We?


SIS encourage and provide social inclusion opportunities through use of local amenities and services for example day centres, support groups and leisure activities with the intention of integrating clients back into the community.
