QUALITATIVE INNOVATION DIRECTOR (Behavioural Science)

UP TO £62,000, bonus, Pension, hybrid working, 25 days holiday

LONDON

I'm working with one of the largest research consultancies in the world for an innovation lead for their behavioural science team.

You'll have the chance to head up exciting projects for a range of clients coming up with innovative solutions and productofferings.

THE ROLE:

The Innovation Director will have the following responsibilities:

Taking the lead on projects, overseeing them to progression whilst liaising with the team Director
Line managing junior team members, overseeing their training and development
Working multiple projects at once
Being the main point of contact for clients
Preparing and presenting reports
Liaise with wider teams in the business to meet company goals
Assist in generating new business with existing clients and beyond

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The ideal Innovation Director will have:

Experience within innovation/strategy
Experience with qualitative methodologies
Behavioural science background is an advantage
Great communication skills
Be a creative thinker, and the desire to develop themselves and the team further
6+ years' experience within research and insights
