Working along side our engineers to provide service, installation and maintenance of a wide variety of life safety systems and security system across our diverse customer base in many locations, gain skills, product knowledge, industry training, dealing with customers, producing compliant documentation and report.


To help us delivery compliancy to our clients, maintain our high standards of work and become a valued member of the team.

We can provide on site experience in service, install and commission in the following;

  • Fire alarm systems
  • Access control
  • CCTV
  • Intruder alarms
  • Nurse Call systems
  • Disabled Refuge systems
  • Emergency Lighting


With in our office we can provide manufactures training and in house training on demo boards with our experienced team.

Entry requirements


Maths and English GCSE's at 4 or above, if you don't have these you will need to sit these alongside the apprenticeship.

Clean drivers licence and no issues passing an enhanced DBS

Training to be provided


Skills for Security deliver the Level 3 apprenticeship at one of our Walsall training centre, one week in every 8 weeks you would travel to our training centre for the classroom portion of the apprenticeship.


Completing all training tasks allocated during your block release weeks at the training centre and gathering any site evidence needed to supplement your studies.


Complete an annual assessment at the training centre and take part in any additional training courses that the company require you to complete.

Things to consider

Working hours are 7am-5pm Monday to Friday.

You will be paid for 10 hours per day, at £5.28 per hour. Could potentially be more.
