Currently, the provision is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Behaviour Mentor to join their fun, vibrant, and dynamic staffing team.

About the role - Behaviour Mentor - Haringey

• Assisting teaching staff in developing and implementing individual learning plans with a view to promoting the academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development of pupils.
• Work with individuals and groups both inside and outside the classroom
• Undergo training for the creation of nurture groups.
• Assist in the management of a nurture room.
• Measure the impact of the intervention strategy on the progress of students before, during, and after intervention; incorporate student evaluations into the evaluation process
• Monitor pupil progress, adapting an agreed approach to meet particular needs, and recording and maintaining records of pupils' progress and development.

As part of the newly constructed provision with only a few students, the school district is seeking a behaviour mentor to assist the students in the classroom.
