Role
Kennedys is looking for Associates to work in its new dedicated recoveries sub-team.


Team
Kennedys is looking to recruit lawyers of varying levels of experience to handle recoveries arising from property/construction related losses.


Kennedys' priority is to engage with ambitious lawyers who have strong litigation experience in this field, and who would relish the opportunity to be part of building a new team.

Location is not a key factor, and Kennedys is keen to recruit lawyers across the regions.


Clients:


  • Large Insurers.

Cases:


  • Recovery Claims.

Required Experience:


  • 18 years' UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with the relevant experience
  • Previous commercial/insurance litigation experience with a focus on property/construction matters.
  • Claims handling experience is ideal but not essential.
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to play a role in the development of client relationships and of the practice as a whole.
