Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Utilize Google Suite and other computerized tools for efficient task completion.
  • Maintain office organization and ensure smooth operations.
  • Answer phones professionally and redirect calls as necessary.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.
  • Provide clerical support to the team as needed.

Skills:


  • Experience in administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in data entry and using Google Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage office tasks effectively.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Competency in general office and clerical duties.

Pay:
£16,757.86-£26,031.53 per year
