Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Utilize Google Suite and other computerized tools for efficient task completion.
- Maintain office organization and ensure smooth operations.
- Answer phones professionally and redirect calls as necessary.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.
- Provide clerical support to the team as needed.
Skills:
- Experience in administrative roles.
- Proficiency in data entry and using Google Suite.
- Strong organizational skills to manage office tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Competency in general office and clerical duties.
Pay:
£16,757.86-£26,031.53 per year
