Studios Leavesden (WBSL) is a purpose built, state-of-the-art film and television studio offering one of the largest facilities in the UK.

This 200-acre secure site has a quarter of a million square feet of stage space, back-lot tank, one ofthe largest heated underwater filming tanks in Europe and a 150 acre back-lot.

To assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns for all areas of the Warner Bros. Studio Leavesden.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing Assistant will be responsible for assisting with general Marketing administration,website administration, social media and digital marketing support, ad-hoc design work and event support alongside ensuring the smooth running of the department.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in updating content regularly for the website and assist with larger website development projects.
  • Work with suppliers to produce branded merchandise, managing stock take and orders.
  • Update spreadsheets and internal documents
  • Support Senior Marketing Manager with content for the monthly newsletter and digital noticeboard.
  • Source, organise and manage catalogue of images, stills and film posters.
  • Assist with the organisation of both internal and external events
  • Assist with social media account management
  • Design and create simple marketing materials and assist with larger design projects, working with agencies
  • Adhoc admin support for projects, events and initiatives across all business units

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

  • Marketing experience is essential
  • Good understanding and use of Adobe Creative suite including InDesign and Photoshop is essential
  • Website CMS knowledge and experience is essential
  • Ability to cope in a busy environment and work to fast deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Good with numbers and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Experience and interest in the media industry an advantage
