We are looking for an
Office Operation Assistant for our UK Office.

Scope of work:

Ensuring the UK office adherence to UK law ( Health & Safety, Costs, Physical building requirements, Infra Support & Facilities management )
Support the onboarding of new UK office employees
Deliver the Tadaweb soft benefits package to the UK employees (Wellbeing initiatives and Employee events)
Support the communication of UK HR matters to and from the Operations Team
Operationally deliver all the requirements for the Hackathons and Tadacon (general logistic)
Operationally support the UK Team when hosting visitors

Your profile:

Proven experience of around 3 years in a similar role
Autonomous, organized and flexible
Fluent English
Born problem solver and MacGyver attitude
Positive cando attitude
Functions well with changing priorities
Love when every day is different, and you don't know what the day might bring
Willing to work closely with founders and a large diverse teams spread all over the globe

You get bonus points if you have any of the following:

DIY amateur: no need to be an expert, but simply willing to change a light bulb or assembly a chair or table occasionally
Worked in a tech company or startup like environment
You love what you do
