Overview

We're a rapidly growing Marketing agency and are looking for a part-time Office Junior to join our existing Operations team.

This role will be ideal for someone looking to work around school drop off/pick times or currently in education and looking to work hours around this.

Hours can be flexible around your schedule.

You will receive full training in order to complete the relevant tasks.

Our offices are located in Haywards Heath with direct lines to London & Brighton. This position is to be based in our Haywards Heath office.


List Of Responsibilities For This Position:
As the Office Junior you will direct and coordinate all outbound post going to new and existing clients.

In addition, you will be involved in our New client onboarding process to ensure this is working smoothly and efficiently.

In summary you'll be responsible for:

• New Client Onboarding Process
• Manage our Online Royal Mail Account
• Pack and Send Welcome Boxes to Clients
• Send out literature to clients
• Replenish literature
• Manage Member Facebook groups
• Data Input
• Any additional tasks required by the management team
