Finance Manager - Hybrid (Part time 2-3 days per week)
Lonelyleap is an international film company.

Since our formation in 2006, Lonelyleap has grown rapidly, producing award winning films across documentary, advertising, digital, distribution and corporate production.


We are looking to recruit a part time Finance Manager to join our London Office, managing London & New York finance departments.

Reporting directly to the Shareholders.


Role overview
As an ambitious, energetic and driven individual, you will manage the finance functions for both entities, end to end. You will report directly to the Shareholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Full preparation of two sets of management account for both London & New York.
  • Monthly variance analysis to forecast
  • Assist with yearend financial statements
  • Preparing and managing cash flow forecast.
  • Annual company forecast preparation
  • Design manage and format all monthly journals into QuickBooks
  • Manage monthly payroll and pensions for both London and New York.
  • Quarterly VAT return preparation and submission.
  • Staff expenses and credit cards
  • Work with Shareholders on ad hoc reporting and business decisions.
  • Monthly KPI Reporting to shareholders
  • Working closely with production team during and after projects ensuring correct revenue recognition.
