General Description
You will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and preparation of subcontractor payment runs, processing technician hours, sales invoicing customers and other ad hoc duties.
Responsibilities include:
- Collating and reviewing invoices received from subcontractors.
- Processing hours
- Sales invoicing
- Provide absence cover as required by the payroll function.
- CIS returns
- Producing reports requested by management.
- Producing monthly KPI's
- Liaising with operational team to ensure a smooth payroll cycle.
Reports to:
Payroll Manager
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum Education Qualifications: GCSE Grade B or C / 5 or 6 in Mathematics &
- Experience in a finance setting preferable but not essential.
Other Skills:
- Team player
- Strong coordination skills
- Meeting strict deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communicator
- Very structured approach to working
