We are looking for a
Source-to-Pay Lead who is
analytical, agile and communicative to join our
Corporate Development & Finance team, based in our office in
Slough,
United Kingdom.

About the role

The Source-to-Pay Lead BII is part of the global Source-to-Pay value stream within Global Business Services, overseeing the transactional procurement, accounts payable and expense sheet processing.

This position executes the Source-to-Pay strategy withing the United Kingdom and Ireland and collaborates with regional counterparts in the Source-to-Pay value stream to promote and efficient and streamlined global Source-to-Pay process.

Who you'll work with
You'll join a team of 4 experts with the same regional focus.

You will work with co-sourced Source-to-Pay teams, the local Finance team, global and regional Source-to-Pay teams, and end-users in the BII affiliates, as well as external vendors.

What you'll do

Oversee invoice processing, expense sheet processing and vendor payments
Manage a team of outsourced Accounts Payable agents and coordinate as an escalation point for issues with the outsourced team
Drive operational excellence on retained and outsourced operational and transactional activities
Assist in monitoring and reviewing Regional KPIs and SLAs
Act as the Local Key User for the SourcetoPay process and provide relevant training to the enduser community
Liaise with Internal & External Auditors on all aspects of Accounts Payable audits, including the mitigation of any issues identified

Bachelor's degree
Demonstrated capabilities within Finance with a strong background in Accounts Payable and reporting
Ability to interact with management and manage stakeholders effectively
Ability to identify performance metrics and monitor KPIs
Ability to explain discrepancies and recommend solutions
Ability to prioritize and embrace changes in tools and processes
