Description
Highly Motivated and enthusiastic individual required to provide administrative and secretarial support to the Department leaders and to act as a central information source.
The post holder will work closely with the departmental Leads and all relevant staff members. The postholder will provide a comprehensive, professional, and confidential secretarial and administrative service.
The post holder will deal with queries and manage their workload in conjunction with the Admin Team Leader / Resource Co-ordinator.
There is a requirement to manage the Health Roster, including the booking and cancellations of annual leave and recording of sickness some of which will be short notice.
The post holder will be responsible for the management of and arranging absence management meetings in conjunction with the relevant team leader.
