This is a role like no other, with a mission to create an experience like no other.

The position of Marketing Manager is simply designed to create the full end to end Membership marketing plans, working closely with your colleagues in store and the wider HeadOffice team.

Key responsibilities in the position of Marketing Manager will include:

Drive a multi-channel approach across the brands various apps in addition to external marketing channels and affiliates
Drive membership marketing plans with inclusion and representation of race, age, gender, sexuality and heritage to ensure the brand is fully representative of the consumer in London today.
Obsess over target audiences to serve the right member segments with the best brand experiences for them, at the right time and with the right considered digital journey.
Build, drive and report on key membership KPI's
Build the plans and work on curating the experience, driving the full funnel marketing journeys including briefs for both digital and physical experiences.
Execute in season activity whilst creating the future strategy

About you:

Proven experience in creating an incredible brand experience to drive both acquisition and retention
Knowledge of driving membership services
A creative thinker, who is commercially astute and always thinking of the next opportunity
Exceptional stakeholder skills
A visionary who values a unique customer experience
5 years relevant marketing experience within retail and/or service led organisation
An entrepreneurial spirit
Highly organised
An love for sports is advantageous
