The Role
The Key Deliverables
- Deliver an efficient, effective, robust, and wellcoordinated preemployment check process
The Main Responsibilities
- You will support Compliance Manager with the compiling of weekly/monthly management reports on preemployment check progress.
- You will support the Resourcing Team in collating the necessary documentation required to conduct mandatory preemployment checks.
- You will ensure that all documentation is uploaded on our applicant management system.
- You will strive to be an ambassador of the HST brand and purpose at every interaction.
The Qualifications & Experience
- Have at least 6 months experience in administration, ideally within a HR/Recruitment/Compliance team.
- Have strong functional experience of using recruitment technology and Microsoft Office.
- Have experience in customer service or customer facing experience.
- Have strong administration skills and be capable of multitasking.
- Have excellent time management skills and experience of meeting tight deadlines.

- 8 hour shift
