No experience needed as full training given however basic computer knowledge is an advantage.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
  • Provide information about product's features, approx prices etc. and present their benefits.
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements.
  • Record the customer's personal information accurately in a computer system
  • Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Weekend availability
