Ignite Rec2Rec have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to work within our clients growing and collaborative team.

Responsibilities of the role:

Running your own desk
Building a Client Portfolio
Making placements Nationwide
Hitting monthly Targets / KPI's
Forecasting the market
Running adverts for existing and upcoming vacancies
Building a team within your sector

Salary:

- £26,000-£36,000 based on previous experience

Strong commission structure
Monthly, quarterly, and yearly bonus structure on performance
Consistency bonus for hitting KPI's each quarter

Working hours:

8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday

Previous experience within Recruitment:

6 months minimum
