We're pleased to have partnered with a progressive award-winning property development and investment company, who are on the lookout for a talented Land Surveyor to support their growth.

Working for one of the UK's leading private self-storage providers your role will be to seek out and acquire more land and buildings to support the growth of their already impressive portfolio.

• Working closely with the Managing Director you will identify site and buildings for development, as well as carry out viewings.
• Use your existing contact base and develop new contacts all with a view to identifying opportunities even before they come to market.
• You will assess the viability of commercial developments and provide business proposals and plan out new projects.

• Experienced and passionate about property and land acquisition and development?
• RICS qualified
• A team player who works at their best in a driven, fast paced and challenging environment
• Someone who is friendly, helpful with an enthusiastic attitude and always willing to help the team?
• Someone who has ambition and wanting to work in a growing business with exciting prospects?
• Be a confident presenter at all levels of the business and able to report up and brief down effectively to all colleagues
• Diligent and thorough with an excellent eye for detail
• Excellent organisational skills prioritising and working to deadlines
• Proficient IT skills and knowledge of MS office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong verbal, numerical and report writing skills
• Full driving licence and the ability to travel nationwide
