We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join a leading UK charity based in London.

Our client is looking for a talented individual to support their payroll process and ensure that all employees are paidaccurately and on time.


Key responsibilities:

  • Assisting and supporting with the running of the monthly payroll
  • Maintaining accurate and uptodate payroll records
  • Responding to employee inquiries regarding pay and benefits
  • Processing new hires, terminations, and other changes to employee records
  • Coordinating with the HR team to ensure that payroll information is accurate and uptodate
  • Handling payrollrelated audits and reporting

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in payroll processing
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Experience with payroll software and systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
