Clerk of works required, Birmingham City Centre location
Refurbishment of two office blocks 20m in value, partly tenant occupied.


Our client requires a suitably skilled, knowledgeable and experienced Construction Clerk of Works, to check standards of workmanship and materials and to make sure the design specifications and project deliverables are achieved.

12 month assignment/contract
Full time initially for 3/4 months, with the opportunity to reduce hours or days after 3/4 month period. This role will be site based city centre location.

The Project:


Refurbishment for private investor x2 office block buildings totalled c.300,000 sq ft basement areas and ground floor retail with office accommodation.

£20m refurbishment in two main phases,

  • Umbrella or PAYE rates are still available.
