The Perfect Transport and Logistics Partner for Baked Goods, offering storage and logistics solutions for non-refrigerated goods including bread, cake and patisserie.

Warrens are the primary distributor for many well know FMCG customers and have a tremendous industry reputation for its dedication towards its services.

Our Rugby site are now recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator
on a
full time basis.

Working hours:
Days - Thursday - Monday

Interim until Feb 2024


Salary:
£10.88 p/h


Job Description:


Key Duties of a Customer Service Administrator:

  • Sift PODs out from the general post and distribute remaining post to other departments
  • Sort PODs as instructed and scan in an accurate and timely manner
  • Check PODs have cleared on the system, investigate and clear down
  • Log incorrect PODs on the system as identified by the daily report
  • Chase outstanding PODs from hauliers, depots, etc.
  • Ensure customer queries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure customer reports are completed correctly and communicated in accordance with agreed timeframes
  • Ensure customer nonconformance is properly recorded and fedback to the client with correct action taken
  • Ensure POD discrepancies are investigated and that actions taken are properly recorded and the outcome communicated to the client as appropriate
  • Ensure the completion and circulation of reports to relevant stakeholders
  • Other administration tasks as determined by the Customer Contract Manager
