Reference No Job Title- Senior Lettings Negotiator, South Kensington- Type- Permanent- Salary Range- Competitive- Division- Residential- Sub Division- Residential Lettings- Department- South Kensington Lettings Location- South Kensington LettingsKnight Frank is looking to recruit for a new Senior Lettings Negotiator into their busy and already successful South Kensington office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to work in a fast paced office, with a high volume of properties on the market in the South Kensington area.

The office also agree lets in South Kensington, Earls Court, Onslow Gardens & Gloucester Road and all surrounding locations.

The team pride themselves on offering the best service to their landlords and tenants and are looking for a team member who can continue to offer an exceptional service.

We are looking to recruit someone that's ambitious, self-motivated and passionate about overall customer service.

You will be responsible for:

The daytoday management of applicants which will include generating viewings and obtaining lets on properties
Maintaining records on our internal database
Handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone and walk

- ins, in a professional manner

Conducting viewings with prospective tenants and following up on feedback from these

You would ideally have experience working as a Lettings Negotiator, or have at least 2 to 3 years' experience working in a sales or customer service driven role, and will have excellent customer service skills.

You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with tenants and landlords, whilst also having a proven track record in closing deals.
