Experienced Accounts Payable officer

Tangible Benefit Limited have successfully been providing IT solutions for over 25 years. Year on year growth has accelerated in recent years and we require a solid, experienced (must have 2 years as a minimum) Credit Controller to add to support the business, mainly focusing on accounts payable


Primary responsibilities

  • Daily agreeing and processing of supplier invoices.
  • Working Directly with Finance Director
  • Managing supplier invoice queries and rejections, full reconciliation to allow monthly supplier payment run.
  • Working closely with all internal teams to ensure high quality of service is maintained.
  • Dealing with general queries from clients and suppliers
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required
  • Must have at least 2 recent years AP experience, managing substantial volumes so a high level of organisation in important.
  • Must be very hands on and able to work on own initiative.
  • Good use of Excel and Word

Qualifications will be helpful but must be able to illustrate a high level of successful experience

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
