Description

Sales and Marketing Support Manager (must ideally have salesforce experience)

Full, or part-time (32 hours per week if part time and 40 if full time) - Hybrid working (flexible across 3, 4 or 5 days)


£30-35k pro rata, exciting business who have ambitious growth plans


Office location:
Salford (flexible to work from home as well as office)


What you'll be doing

  • Working closely with the wider sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting them with a variety of administration duties, report writing and salesforce management.
  • You'll be proactive with measurement and reporting of the sales/marketing team's performance and results. You'll be providing administration support to the wider team, including coordination of events, diary management, activities and projects.
  • Providing monthly sales metric reports to share with the leadership team, consolidating reports and trackers for the team to use, and continually developing these tools and enhancing them.
  • Pulling information and reports from salesforce to interpret and analyse
  • Building a strong relationship with the various departments, supporting with induction and training of new starters in your department and providing training sessions on the salesforce system and all other sales tools and processes.

What experience and skills you'll need;

  • Previous experience of using Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
  • Experience of developing and managing sales and admin systems, procedures and processes. Experience of training, presenting and coaching, both face to face and via virtual calls is desirable.
  • Systems knowledge: Salesforce CRM. Strong general IT skills, including the proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook), as well as Teams / Zoom for virtual meetings.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication, presentation and influencing skills. Excellent organisational and admin skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and engage effectively at all levels. Positive, enthusiastic attitude and a good team player. Able to remain focused at all times and prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Flexible for occasional travel to attend team meetings and provide training.
