Are you ready to play a crucial role in our production department? We're seeking a meticulous and dedicated individual to join us in accurately branding customer orders and ensuring top-notch quality every step of the way.

This is a night shift position working the hours of 10:00pm - 06:00am Monday-Friday. _

What will I be doing?
As a Production Operative with SMI, your duties will include:

To use the embroidery or heatseal machines to accurately and efficiently brand workwear and clothing items for customer orders.
Picking and prepping for embroidery and heatseal departments accurately and efficiently.
Assist the production teams when needed.
Ensure to adopt a "clean as you go" work ethic.
Ensure that all instructions from Team Leader are implemented and actioned.
Be conscious of the need to maintain a safe and uncluttered working environment and ensure that best practices are adhered to concerning housekeeping.
Use due diligence and initiative to outperform set goals.
Cooperate with management to develop and implement a HSE strategy to achieve an excellent safety record with the aim of eliminating risks and incidents.
