Playground Games is looking for a new Creative Director to lead Forza Horizon's world-class development team.

As the Creative Director, you will be responsible for identifying and delivering genre-leading experiences that push the Forza Horizon franchise forward.

You will be a key vision-holder and will be responsible for ensuring PG games achieve the highest quality standards. This is a rare opportunity to join one of the industry's biggest open-world franchises in a leading role.

You will be:

A creative problem solver and conceptual thinker, able to nurture an environment where ideas are generated and can flow freely.
A captivating presenter, able to deliver presentations to the team and leadership groups.
A team player, able to build strong bonds with other discipline leads and work together to achieve our creative and quality goals.

Optional

An experienced spokesperson, able to engage professionally with the gaming media and our community.

Required:

At least one shipped AAA title in a leadership or principal position.
7+ Years of Games Industry experience.
Demonstrable track record of delivering work to the highest quality.
