Azure Data Architect

Location:
Warwick

Duration: 6 Months

Status:
Inside IR35

where you will join a team delivering a transformative cloud-hosted data platform for Gas Transmission and Metering in UK. This is a key platform to ensure National Gas can meet its Net Zero Targets.

You should have a proven track record in leading and delivering Azure Data Analytics solutions with Enterprise level organisations.

Experience and Skills required:

Handson experience Architecting and delivering solutions using the Azure Data Analytics platform including Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure SQL Data Warehouse, Azure DataLake, Azure Search.
Experience working with structured and unstructured data, including geospatial data ideal.
Experience in working with Azure Repos and ADO to deliver pipelines to provision the platform ondemand.
Recent experience with Open-Source technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, NoSQL, Kafka, Solr/Elastic Search
