You will be joining a nationwide company that provides office furniture and products to businesses and the home office market across the UK.

This is an exciting time to join the company as they are experiencing growth year on year, which has led to an expansion of the team.

The company also offers a very flexible hybrid option, which will allow you to work from home for the majority of the week, with attendance at the office only compulsory for initial and any subsequent training and meetings with your line manager etc.

The role

Customer Service Advisor


The role of the Customer Service Advisor will be to liaise with customers who are calling you in regards to orders that they've placed to request updates, report issues and with general enquiries.

You will ensure that each customer is receiving excellent customer service on all interactions with the company.

Your duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Answering inbound calls
  • Tracking customers orders
  • Arranging replacement parts
  • Arranging returns

In return, the Customer Service Advisor will receive:

  • Salary of £20,000
  • Excellent training
  • Monday to Friday working week, 8.30am 6pm
  • Hybrid working, with majority of your time spent working at home
  • Casual relaxed dress code
About you

The successful Customer Service Advisor will also have:

  • 12 months continuous customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Organisational skills
  • Be comfortable with Microsoft outlook and other adhoc administration duties
