The Mungo Foundation are currently looking to recruit an IT Support Analyst within their Head Office who will operate within a small team reporting to the IT Manager, your primary responsibility is to provide excellent technical IT support to users in severalProjects and Head Office within The Mungo Foundation.

37.5 hours (Mon - Fri)

Key Responsibilities:

Web Services
Cloud computing
Voice & Data Networks
IT Support and projects
Software & hardware support

Required Skills:

Must be a driver and hold a FULL UK license
Excellent customer service
1 year of networking experience
Ability to problem solve and use initiative
Work well at pace under pressure
