Salary:
£25,000 (dependent on experience)

The role


As part of our exciting growth plans, we're looking for a Sales / Lead Coordinator who, like us, appreciates that lead distribution is a strategy that goes beyond just assigning incoming leads to sales colleagues.


It involves matching every precious lead with the right colleague to ensure mutual gain (for our colleagues, our business and more importantly, our clients).

We're already great at capturing leads in our salesforce CRM but we'd like your help to:

  • Filter new leads using visible lead channel metrics
  • Assign leads to the right sales colleagues
  • Ensure realtime notification when leads are allocated
  • Review performance data and reports, identifying trends to influence the distribution strategy
  • Track and measure lead handling and success metrics
  • Trial different lead distribution strategies to see what works best for our colleagues and business
  • Work closely with sales management, team leaders and sales colleagues
