Description

Eden Brown are looking for a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join the Rehab Therapies MDT team based at Ludlow Hospital, South West Shropshire.

The post holder must have previous experience in adult inpatient and community rehabilitation.


You should be able to provide Physiotherapy assessment and rehabilitation to inpatients who have a wide range of conditions and complex needs.

Also be able to work alongside colleagues to contribute to safe and effective discharge plans, whilst taking anactive part in Red2Green approach to help reduce unnecessary delays for patients.

The role will include working alongside community colleagues within the integrated Neighbourhood Team.

This position is to start ASAP and the hours are from 8:30 - 16:30 - Mon - Fri.

You must be a car driver and be HCPC registered.
