Sales Ledger Controller
Responsibilities:
Ownership of sales ledger of c700 live accounts
Sales ledger account set up, allocation and housekeeping
Identification of overdue debt
Basic debt chasing
Liaison with Inhouse Council on legal debts
Direct Debit collections
Raising of adhoc invoices and credit notes
Taking of credit card payments over the phone
Supporting the wider finance team with adhoc duties
Finance Experience
Credit Control experience/understanding an advantage
Excellent Excel skills
Attention to detail is essential
Effective time-management & prioritisation skills
Enthusiastic and able to learn quickly
Hours :
Monday - Friday 08:30 am - 17:00 pm.
Salary:
Up to £25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Leicester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
