We have our own in house Quality Control Testing Laboratory and perform a wide spectrum of pharmacopeial tests to ensure our products comply to highest standards.
Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated and detail focussed Quality Assurance Officer to join our QA team.
Duties
- Writing and reviewing SOPs, risk assessments and other quality documents.
- Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR's) to ensure compliance with GMP.
- Monitoring the live manufacturing process, reviewing documentation and to performing line clearances and QA checks.
- Support the QA team in the management of Change Controls.
- Conduct GMP and GDP audits including writing up findings and identifying CAPAs.
- Support the QA team in the preparation for regulatory audits.
- Writing and reviewing of Incident Reports and CAPAs.
- Providing training to support ongoing GxP compliance and understanding.
Experience
- Educated to degree Level, ideally in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical, Biochemistry, Microbiology or Biology related degree.
- Previous experience in a quality assurance role in a pharmaceutical GMP environment is
essential
- Excellent writing and grammar.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
