Our client is seeking a Financial Coordinator to join their experienced Management Accounting team based in Banbury.

Our client is a hugely successful global organisation who has experienced dramatic growth in recent years.

Due to their fast global expansion they are regularly expanding the finance team and this role is a new position to help support this busy team.


Description
The Financial Coordinator will be responsible for a wide range of tasks to help support the Finance team


The duties will include:

  • Payroll coordination: liaising with HR to confirm the gross/ net payments per country and assist the management accountants with their ledgers and to coordinate with our shared service centre for payments;
  • PAYE and local benefit coordination;
  • To assist the MA with local account team compliance: liaising with local teams in countries we are present in to assisting with the filing to be made;
  • To coordinate local country requests with AR/AP shared service teams;
  • General partnering with a qualified MA to ensure all tasks are complete on a monthly basis: learning and facilitating development to assume a MA role in the future.

Profile


The successful Financial Coordinator will have an administrative background and will be looking to start their career within finance and accounting.

The individual maybe studying AAT or have recently completed a Finance degree.


They must be:

- potential for more responsibility in the future


Job Offer
The salary on offer is between £22,000 and £25,000 plus a benefits package and future career development opportunities.
