Sacco Mann have been instructed on a standout opportunity for a Corporate Paralegal to join an award-winning national law firm in their Leeds offices.

This role would suit an LPC graduate with upwards of 6 months' hands on experience in corporate law ora more experienced corporate paralegal who is looking to take the next step in their career.

This role offers strong training contract potential.

The role

You will work closely with the team on a wide range of Corporate matters which will include acquisitions and disposals to partnership and shareholder arrangements
Your duties will include drafting and negotiating documents and taking responsibility for reviewing and reporting on due diligence documentation
You will be supporting qualified fee earners through filing documents and correspondence, opening and closing files and conducting legal form, documents and letters independently before being signed off by your seniors
Assisting on transactional support work such as precompletion searches, preparing and agreeing ancillary documents and finalising these where possible
You can expect to be taking part in wider business development such as networking and preparing articles for publication on behalf of the firm
You will be a forwardthinking individual with a cando attitude and a desire to progress with this top tier law firm
You will be a confident communicator with the ability to build solid relationships with clients and colleagues alike
