Reliable Recruit are looking to hire a permanent Sales Administrator/Customer Service to work out of our clients site in Rochdale


The work will involve:


  • Processing Sales Orders
  • Dealing with Customer queries on various accounts
  • Liaising with external couriers and other departments to update customers on orders and deal with any issues
  • Sales development and upsell of products where possible
  • Other General Customer Service and Admin work as needed

The working times and pay:


  • Monday to Friday
  • 08:0017:00
  • 1 hour lunch break each day with shorter breaks through the day
- £23,000-24,000 per annum

  • Performance bonuses on offer

Skills/Experience Needed:


  • Minimum 2 years experience working in a busy customer service environment
  • Computer Literacy
