Description
Reliable Recruit are looking to hire a permanent Sales Administrator/Customer Service to work out of our clients site in RochdaleThe work will involve:
- Processing Sales Orders
- Dealing with Customer queries on various accounts
- Liaising with external couriers and other departments to update customers on orders and deal with any issues
- Sales development and upsell of products where possible
- Other General Customer Service and Admin work as needed
The working times and pay:
- Monday to Friday
- 08:0017:00
- 1 hour lunch break each day with shorter breaks through the day
- Performance bonuses on offer
Skills/Experience Needed:
- Minimum 2 years experience working in a busy customer service environment
- Computer Literacy

£23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
