Type:
Fixed Term Contract (6 months) with the possibility of permanent employment

Salary:
£34600 (pro rata)

Responsibilities:

Conducting a range of maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing and carpentry work
Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues in plumbing or carpentry systems
Conducting installations, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with industry regulations and safety guidelines
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
Providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional relationships with clients
Completing work orders and maintaining accurate records of work done
Collaborating with colleagues and subcontractors as necessary
Conducting reactive maintenance tasks in social housing properties

Requirements:

NVQ qualification in Plumbing or Carpentry (required)
Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative in a maintenance or construction environment
Strong knowledge of plumbing or carpentry techniques, materials, and tools
Ability to work independently and produce highquality workmanship
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fastpaced, reactive maintenance environment
Valid driver's license
