Description
Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times by building a positive rapport with every caller.

  • To possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes or new products.
  • Can use initiative to answer incoming customer calls regarding potential and existing orders, product problems and inquiries and general customer questions.
  • Work as part of a small team to drive sales and boost the company's reputation within the industry by providing a high level of quality customer service.
