About this role


We are looking for someone to join our office-based team working to offer the best possible service to our network members and to our customers.

Role is Monday - Friday with x1 Saturday per month (1/2 shift)


Due to rural location, must hold driving licence, or be able to commute here as location is not near public transport routes.

Responsibilities to include:


  • Assist with Customer queries.
  • Booking in of deliveries
  • Work as part of a team and participate in cross training initiatives to provide effective cover in colleagues absence.
  • Carry out data entry of information relating to freight movements
  • Preferred Skills
  • Be calm under pressure and ensure accuracy is not lost in favour of speed.
  • Be able to prioritise own tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Strong IT skills, to include Microsoft Office Applications
  • Attention to detail.
  • Have strong Customer Focus
  • Have a positive and proactive attitude to taking on new tasks to evolve and push the business forward.

Salary:
£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
