Description

Protocol are delighted to be recruiting for a Document Control Administrator for an Education provider in the Leeds area on a full-time basis for a period of 3-6 months.


Salary:
£9-11 per hour


The person & qualifications

  • Experience of document control and filing systems
  • Experience in construction would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided
  • Must be able to start immediately and having an enhanced DBS is place or on the update service would be preferable

Duties

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Capital Projects Team management function
  • Develop and maintain the department filing and document storage and retrieval system including handling confidential documents.
  • Prepare reports and spreadsheets under the guidance of the Capital Projects team members
  • Arrange and service meetings including providing agendas and note/ minute taking.

Job Types:

Salary:
£9.00-£11.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
