12 month FTC

Immediate start available

£75 - £90k depending on skills and experience

A career defining opportunity for a Head of Retail Training within an exciting brand-new Gaming Operator.

The incumbent joins the team in the transition phase as they build policy, process and procedures prior to starting trading in February 2024.

You willbe part of the pre-start team, creating and building the training infrastructure to deliver the bid promises.

From the strategic plan through to the delivery of the detail, you will manage the end-to-end work flow to ensure knowledgeable and confident retailersand internal team members.


Responsibilities:


  • Translation of the retail bid into a strategic training plan, considering each audience and the best solutions to optimise engagement
  • Identification and onboarding of online training provider, (working with the retail supplier manager)
  • Creation of all new training content
  • Setting of training KPIs and measurement systems
  • Working with other areas of the business to ensure training meets all requirements from compliance to player protection
  • Working with all content producing supplier to extract the right information to build solutions
  • Recruitment of training delivery team
  • Creating the content for training
  • Working with retail multiple groups to understand their training systems and processes, delivering integrations/ bespoke content to meet their requirements.

You will have:


  • Strong L&D background
  • Experience leading a Training function
  • Retail Background
  • Ability to design and create an LMS platform
  • Experience in developing training for new technology systems
  • Flexible in approach, solution focused and comfortable in managing detail
  • Customer focused, with a partnership led approach, able to work with a wide number of business stakeholders, internally and externally
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
This will initially be a Hybrid role linked to the modern head office in Watford.

This requires work to be done flexibly from a mix of locations in Watford and London with approximately 3 days in the office per week, allowing time for you to build relationshipswith key internal stakeholders.
