My client is a market leader within its field, supplying mostly luxury bathroom units to a variety of clients and businesses across the UK.

Whether you have extensive credit control experience or are just a resilient and outgoing individual who would like to build a career within this sector than this is the opportunity for you

Main Duties:

Managing the debt of a portfolio of customers
Developing strong B2B relationships
Managing all administrative tasks to do with credit control within the business.
Allocating payments / refunds daily
Updating ledgers with on hold queries

Skills and experience required:

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong Excel skills are fundamental for the role.
Ability to remain calm in sometimes stressful situations.
Experience working with the system Navigate would be desirable but not fundamental.
Good negotiation skills, resilient and persistent
Ability to work well within a team but also capable of working independently.
