Description
We are seeking a Junior Graphic Design professional who has a passion for creating visually stunning and impactful designs.

Work well under pressure, with a key focus on the production of brand activation, strong visualisation skills which will be applied to the activations within sports and entertainment spaces.


Responsibilities:

Assist in Design Projects: Collaborate with senior designers and team members to contribute to various design projects, which may include creating graphics, layouts, illustrations, and other design elements.

Conceptualization: Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions to develop creative concepts and solutions for design projects.

Visual Development: Help develop and refine visual assets that align with the project's goals and design guidelines.

Design Execution: Transform conceptual ideas into tangible designs, using design software and tools, while adhering to brand guidelines and project specifications.

Research: Conduct research on design trends, user preferences, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions and stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Project Support: Assist in managing design files, organizing assets, and maintaining project documentation to ensure efficient workflow and project continuity.

Feedback Incorporation: Actively participate in design reviews and feedback sessions, making adjustments and improvements based on feedback from senior designers and stakeholders.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, Architects, Design disciplines to ensure design consistency and alignment with overall project objectives.

Learning and Growth: Continuously seek opportunities to learn and improve design skills, staying open to feedback and proactively seeking new challenges to enhance expertise.


Qualifications:

Education: Typically requires a degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field. A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creative projects is essential.

Software Proficiency: Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or other relevant tools.

Basic Design Principles: Understanding of design fundamentals including layout, typography, colour theory, and composition.

Creativity: Ability to think creatively and generate innovative design concepts and ideas.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in design work.

Communication: Effective communication skills, both verbal and visual, to convey design concepts and ideas to team members and stakeholders.

Time Management: Basic project management skills to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new design trends, tools, and technologies.

Collaboration: A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
