The role:


  • We are currently recruiting for a talented individual to champion VEKA Window Systems to architects, specifiers, and consultants. As a primary contact and trusted advisor, you'll provide essential guidance and information to these professionals, all while operating independently to generate leads in designated regions. Your proactive approach will utilise external project resources to fuel our growth. Plus, you'll offer invaluable support to our fabrication customers and installers, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.

What you'll do:


  • Actively generating specifications and leads through Glenigans and other lead sources.
  • Tracking opportunities where specifications have been provided using our CRM system, and then passing them to the local Business Development Manager.
  • Collaborating with the technical team to maintain our Generic Specification Documents.
  • Liaising closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure that specifications and literature align with the needs of our customer/client base.
  • Handling inbound enquiries that are new to the business, including qualifying, tracking, and providing correct specification documents to support customers/clients with their planned projects.
  • Compiling and providing monthly CRM Reports summarizing activities.
  • Ensuring accuracy and completeness of Architect, Main Contractor, and Installer records in our CRM system.
  • Completing and submitting Pre-Qualifying Questionnaires within designated timeframes.

What you'll need:


  • Experience working with architects, installers, and fabricators.
  • Excellent telephone communication skills and confidence.
  • Skilled in public speaking and presentation delivery.
  • Proficiency in creating presentations.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Familiarity with interpreting layout drawings/site plans.
  • Resilient and persistent, maintaining performance under pressure.
  • Effective teamwork and collaboration abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Organised and adept at planning to meet tight deadlines.
