Description
The Digital Content team at Kantar is at the sweet spot of data, creativity, strategy, and activation.
We are an international team of writers, search marketers, and content strategists, delivering high-impact work that drives digital performance for some of the world's largest brands.
We are looking for motivated and skilled digital copywriters to support the delivery of international content and SEO programmes on behalf of the Digital Content team's global client roster.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out keyword research, as well as content and thematic analysis around emotive or functional themes relevant to specific brands, sectors, and markets.
- Researching and writing original articles according to editorial guidelines drawn by Kantar, or the client(s), as required.
- Optimising content to ensure best performance on search engine rankings.
- Establishing and maintaining good relationships with bloggers and key influencers.
- Briefing and liaising with external writers and designers to ensure that they follow SEO bestpractice and appropriate editorial guidelines.
- Managing peerlevel client relationships and presenting deliverables to client stakeholders.
- Supporting on coordination of visual content deliveries, for example image research and optimisation.
- Analysing the performance of content marketing campaigns.
- Reporting on and maintaining an organised record of progress, across projects.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in a related discipline (English Literature/Language, Creative Writing, Marketing, Public Relations etc.).
- Professional experience (and a passion for) writing and editing copy in a range of TOVs.
- Some understanding of core digital marketing disciplines, in particular search engine optimisation, blogger outreach, and/or content marketing.
- Exceptional standard of verbal and written communications skills.
- Experience presenting work to clients, or internal stakeholders.
- Experience using MS Excel, with a sound grasp of basic analytical methods.
- Enthusiasm for learning, with a strong desire to broaden your knowledge across the digital landscape.
- Native/fluent proficiency in English.
Desirable:
- Practical experience using SEO tools (Moz, Screaming Frog, SEM Rush, Majestic SEO etc.).
- Practical experience using Google's product suite (Google Analytics, Search Console, AdWords etc.).
